The project members held a panel at the Political Studies Association (PSA) Annual Conference on 21-23 March 2016 in Brighton, UK. The panel examined civil society activism in internet governance with case studies on internet standards, privacy and data protection, and spectrum. The aim of the panel was to exam civil society organizations’ (CSO) roles as activists in light of increasing stakeholder governance at the transnational level.
Members of standard developing organisations (SDOs) were asked to complete an on-line self-completion survey which will enable the project team to understand participation in fora by different actors.
The survey is on-going and experts receive an invitation to complete it via an email from the project team.
